Mountain Title Company Escrow Department employs two full time Escrow Assistants. As the escrow holder, Mountain Title Company serves as an impartial, third party who is entrusted with the safe keeping of documents and/or funds until the contractual obligations of the principals, (the buyer or seller), have been fulfilled.

Your Escrow Officer must meet every deadline and understand each factor in your transaction.
